Angelina Vourgaslis
Founding Director
Angelina Vourgaslis is the Founding Director of AMV Business Services, and brings more than 16 years of experience across accounting, taxation, and business advisory. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from La Trobe University and is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants.
Angelina works closely with business owners, providing technically sound advice and commercially practical solutions. She is known for her direct approach, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex tax and financial matters into clear, actionable guidance.
With a strong family background in business and primary production environments, Angelina understands the operational realities behind the numbers. Her core focus is delivering compliant, tax-effective outcomes for her clients, as well as supporting their stability, growth, and long-term financial success.

Director
Helena holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne. She commenced her career with a Big 4 accounting firm and is a Chartered Accountant, a registered Tax Agent, and admitted as a solicitor.
She brings extensive experience in full-service virtual CFO and advisory roles across multiple industries and is highly regarded for her strength in both tax and corporations' law and her ability to develop effective, defensible structuring solutions.
Helena prides herself on her strong technical knowledge and commercial insight in complex tax and financial scenarios, delivering practical, well-supported outcomes her clients can trust.
